The works in Cadavre Exquis used the composition method of the eponymous surrealist game. Departing from tradition, our authors were assigned these initial and final sentences:

I have forgotten my umbrella.
…
They are not shouting at the moment.

The resulting pieces take you from familiar scenes through existential horror and leave you, reeling, in the transmundane.
